We offer a 14-day return policy for any unused product less shipping and handling.

Even though we believe that our products are gentle to even the most sensitive skin and none of our clients has developed an allergic reaction to it, we are willing to offer a 30-day return policy for any product that you have become allergic to less shipping and handling.

Please be advised that if you return a near-emptied container to us and claim that you have developed an allergic reaction to it, we will not issue you a credit. As it is commonly known that if you are allergic to any product, the reaction will result within 24 - 48 hours after usage. We are operating an honest business and we expect our customers to treat us with honesty and respect.

You probably already know that we accept payment through PayPal. Don't be scared by the name. It is a credit card processing company just like First Net or anyone else. It happened to be owned by Ebay. We chose to use them because it is the most affordable way for a small business like us. You don't have to register or become PayPal member in order to shop at our store. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card will only be processed when items shipped.

We use UPS, DHL, and USPS service where appropriate. You can request other shipping method. Just enter your request at the time of ordering and we will take care of it for you. Additional charges will be communicated and added to your account. E-mail order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after an order is placed. All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours.
